We are proud to ship our skincare products to a wide range of countries across the Middle East. Our current shipping destinations include:
GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.
Other Arab Countries: Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
GCC Countries: Delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days (approximately 1 week) after the order has been handed over to the courier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance procedures, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ROTEEN is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
