We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and Issues (Defective Products)
You have the full right to return a product if it is defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at roteen2020@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns for skincare and beauty products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the product is defective. To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at roteen2020@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
